*Every item is made-to-order
*Processing can take 3-5 days, but is usually faster depending on in stock inventory. Please note that I am a made-to-order shop, therefore I do not keep a lot of inventory on site. In order to offer a variety of sizes and colors for you to choose from, I order from manufacturers as I get orders on a daily or weekly basis. Please allow 2-3 days for inventory to be ordered/delivered if I do not have in stock. I will always message you with updates if anything is delayed or unavailable right away.
*Shipping - Once your product leaves our shop, we do not have control over the post office delays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your item to track progress.

*However, if there is a problem with the condition of your item (damaged/wrong order) please message me and I will do what I can to rectify the issue to ensure your complete satisfaction.

*Do not bleach or use fabric softener. These can break down the graphic image. 
*Turn inside out for extra protection.
*Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry.
*Do not iron directly on image/design this will damage the print.
